Frequently Asked Questions For this Item

1 - Missing style sheet error when installing the theme

A common issue that can occur with users new to installing WordPress themes is a "Broken theme and/or stylesheets missing” error message being displayed when trying to upload or activate the theme. This error message does not mean that the theme you have purchased is broken, it simply means it has been uploaded incorrectly. Luckily, there is a very easy fix.

2 - Why, when I import the homepage, does my website lack pages such as the Cart page, About Us, Contact Us, and Products?

When installing, at the ‘Import Content’ step, please select ‘Extra Data’ to have all the data. The ‘Essential’ option is only for customers installing on an existing site who do not want to import new data or new pages and only want to use the homepage. Please read MORE

3 - Your theme (Ecommax) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files - How to fix this error?

This is not a serious issue. WooCommerce issues this warning every time they update the default templates when a new version of WooCommerce is released, as they want to ensure that your theme is compatible with their latest update. We always develop our themes on the latest version of WooCommerce, and each time WooCommerce releases a new version, we use automated tools to check compatibility. If everything continues to work well, there will be no new updates from us. We always strive to deliver the best products to the market and never overlook issues that could potentially cause errors on your website.

4 - Error message: Import Failed – Error (500) At “Demo Import” Step

Many issues that you may run into such as white screen, demo content fails when importing, empty page content, and other similar issues are all related to low PHP configuration limits. The solution is to increase the PHP limits. You can do this on your own, or contact your web host and ask them to increase those limits to a minimum as follows:

  • max_execution_time 180

  • memory_limit 128M

  • post_max_size 32M

  • upload_max_filesize 32M

5 - Error message: Unable to connect to the Rising Bamboo API. Please try again or contact theme author!

If you encounter an error message: "Unable to connect to the Rising Bamboo API. Please try again or contact theme author," please check your server connection. Our API server is located in Singapore, and your server may be blocking connections to Singapore or to other Asian countries. Please check and unblock the connection, and this should resolve the issue.
